We have not bought from FOCO ourselves, so this is a compiled assessment rather than a hands-on review. It draws on nine named sources checked between 31 August and 1 September 2026: two Trustpilot profiles carrying 842 ratings between them, the Better Business Bureau file for FOCO Licensed Fan Gear, the ComplaintsBoard and SmartCustomer listings, and four of FOCO's own UK pages covering returns, shipping, the clearance outlet and the Premier League catalogue.

What FOCO actually sells in the UK
FOCO is the retail brand of Forever Collectibles, a licensed merchandise manufacturer whose Better Business Bureau file dates the business to December 1996. The UK storefront runs on Shopify at uk.foco.com and prices in pounds and euros.
One thing to settle early: FOCO is not a kit retailer. You will not find match shirts, training tops or anything you would wear to represent the playing kit. What it sells is the long tail of licensing that sits either side of the shirt.
Football coverage in the UK is unusually complete. All twenty Premier League clubs have their own collection, from Arsenal and Liverpool down to Burnley and Brentford, alongside EFL Championship sides. FOCO's apparel clearance also lists Serie A, La Liga, the Scottish Premiership and national teams, plus the American leagues the company built its name on: MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and MLS.
The catalogue itself splits into six areas. Apparel and accessories cover snoods, scarves, caps, gloves and wallets. Bags run to backpacks, cooler and lunch bags, bum bags, duffles, boot bags and totes. Footwear means gel slides, slippers and flip flops rather than boots. Home covers drinkware, bed and bath, stationery and decor. Toys are the interesting part, built around the BRXLZ brick sets, PZLZ jigsaw and stadium puzzles, Push-itz fidgets and plush. Collectibles are bobbleheads and the gnome line.
What you actually pay
Full-price stock is cheaper than most fans expect. On the Premier League collection on 1 September 2026, a player mug was GBP 5, a two-pack of Push-Itz fidgets GBP 5, paint-splatter egg cups GBP 13, a basic cap GBP 15, a three-pack of football ornaments GBP 15, a bronze-effect wall sign GBP 24 and a BRXLZ football GBP 27. Most of the catalogue sits between GBP 5 and GBP 30.
The real value is in the outlet. On the same day the clearance collection ran to 149 pages, with West Ham United gel slides cut from GBP 20 to GBP 6.67, a West Ham men's floral button-up shirt from GBP 40 to GBP 10, Liverpool hooded snoods from GBP 18 to GBP 9, a Manchester United big logo snood scarf from GBP 10 to GBP 5 and Liverpool six-packs of Christmas crackers from GBP 15 to GBP 7.50. Those are markdowns of 50% to 67% on stock that is already inexpensive.
Delivery is straightforward on paper. FOCO's shipping page puts standard UK delivery at two to three working days and next day at one to two, with free standard shipping applied automatically to orders of GBP 75 or more. Below that threshold standard delivery costs GBP 4.95. The Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Guernsey, Jersey and Northern Ireland take three to seven working days, and anything ordered after 2pm GMT starts processing the next business day.
Discount codes circulate constantly. FOCO runs sitewide percentage codes almost without a break, plus 10% off a first order for new email subscribers and a separate 10% for new text subscribers. We checked the current sitewide code against a FOCO UK basket on 1 September 2026 and it applied at checkout, taking GBP 21.60 off. Codes cannot be combined with other site promotions, so on clearance stock the markdown usually beats the code.
The GBP 75 free-delivery threshold and the GBP 4.95 standard charge matter more here than on most sites, because so much of the catalogue is under GBP 15. A single GBP 9 snood effectively costs GBP 13.95 delivered.
What the ratings actually say
The public record on FOCO is unusually wide, and reading only one source gives a badly distorted picture.

The single most informative number is not the 2.9 average. It is the shape underneath it: 52% of Trustpilot ratings are five stars, 42% are one star, and fewer than one in twenty land anywhere in between.
That distribution is not the mark of a mediocre retailer. It is the mark of one where the order either goes perfectly or goes wrong with no recovery path, and the customer's rating reflects which of the two happened.
Where the sources contradict each other
The gap between 2.9 on the main Trustpilot profile and 3.9 on the UK one is mostly a sample-size artefact. The UK profile carries just 19 reviews, is unclaimed by the company, and has received nothing in the past twelve months, so it tells you far less than its higher score suggests.
The stranger contradiction is that praise and complaint both centre on the same thing: customer service. Trustpilot carries customers describing a team that “responded very quickly, were apologetic and sent the missing piece out straight away” and replaced items at no cost. Sitting beside them are customers reporting emails that bounce, messages that go unanswered and no phone line to escalate to.
FOCO's own contact page explains part of that. Support runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern, with a stated response window of 24 to 36 hours. Those are American office hours applied to a UK customer base, so a buyer emailing on Friday afternoon in Britain is realistically waiting until the following week.
The BBB file is the hardest to argue with. FOCO Licensed Fan Gear is not accredited, carries an F, and the reason given is not the volume of complaints but the failure to respond to any of the 13 on record.

Weaknesses
- The Better Business Bureau rates the business F and records 13 complaints with no response to any of them.
- Pre-order delay is the most repeated complaint across every source. Customers describe dates pushed from October to December and then into the following February.
- Return postage is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so a change of mind costs money.
- Complaint records include customers refused exchanges or refunds on items that did not fit, against measurements they say were inaccurate on the site.

Who should buy and who should not
FOCO suits the fan buying gifts, desk objects and home items rather than clothing that has to fit. A BRXLZ set, a wall sign, a mug, a snood or a set of slides carries almost no sizing risk, sits under GBP 30, and is the part of the catalogue with the fewest complaints attached to it.
It also suits anyone shopping the outlet with no deadline. At GBP 6.67 for slides that listed at GBP 20, the downside of a slow despatch is inconvenience rather than money.
Skip it if you are buying for a fixed date, a birthday or a match day. Skip it if the item is a pre-order, which is where the complaint record concentrates most heavily. And treat clothing carefully, because the combination of disputed measurements and deducted return postage means a bad fit costs you twice.
Pre-orders are the one part of FOCO's catalogue the compiled evidence argues against outright. Customers across Trustpilot, the BBB file and ComplaintsBoard describe payment taken at order and delivery dates revised repeatedly, in some accounts by four months or more.
Better places to buy some of this
Official club stores. For anything to do with the playing kit, shirts, training wear or authenticated signed items, buy from the club directly. FOCO simply does not compete here, and club stores handle UK returns domestically.
Fanatics-operated stores such as Kitbag. Better suited to mainstream replica apparel where sizing consistency and a UK-based returns route matter more than novelty range.
